Physical Education

This year Physical Education will focus on fitness, games and sports that help our school to meet the New Jersey Core Curriculum Content Standards.  Students will work on strength, endurance, coordination and balance through planned activities as well as daily exercise and warm-ups.  Students will also develop skills of leading, listening, communication, and sportsmanship.

Health will begin in the second trimester and cover appropriate topics in accordance with the New Jersey Core Curriculum Content Standards on Health at the elementary level.

I expect all students to always try their personal best and be respectful to others and their surroundings.

All students must be in the correct uniform to participate.

I look forward to a happy and healthy year with AMBS
